The Hillshore preview weekend sees 700 visitors

Oliver Siah is co-founder and CEO of FRX Capital. FRX’s Hillshore Sales Gallery saw 700 visitors over the weekend of 6-7 April alone – which FRX believes to be a healthy turnout considering there are only 59 units at Hillshore Condominium.

The Hilshore is a low-rise project featuring blocks ranging from two to five stories high, situated on a freehold 45.726 sq ft site and managed by FRX capital as a redevelopment project from Gloria Mansion which it purchased en bloc from Gloria City for $70.3 millions in January 2022.

The Hillshore offers apartments ranging from two- to four-bedroom layouts and sizes between 733 sq ft and 2,161 square feet, penthouses and four-bedroom dual key apartments spanning 895 square feet up to 2,161 square feet, penthouses and four-bedroom dual key residences as well as penthouses – and expects its TOP before 2026 ends.

Hillshore rental spaces are in high demand due to its close proximity to Southern Ridges, West Coast Park and National University of Singapore (NUS). Potential renters include international students, NUS staff members, NUH hospital employees or Science Park employees.
